I created these tops as wardrobe-building pieces for myself. I used two different linen-blend fabrics, and the differences in their composition created noticeable differences in the finished garments. The cream-coloured fabric is blended with rayon, giving the top a relaxed drape and smoother texture. The blue fabric is blended with cotton, which gives the top a more structured shape and a classic linen wrinkliness.

The pattern is Simplicity 8601. After testing the pattern, I modified it, adding a bust dart for a better fit.
